Thailand is facing a period of heavy to very heavy rainfall, with authorities warning of potential flash floods and landslides in vulnerable areas.

Central Thailand, including Ayutthaya and Bangkok, is also expected to experience thunderstorms and periods of heavy rain.

The upper Andaman Sea and upper Gulf of Thailand are experiencing strong waves of around 2–3 metres, potentially exceeding 3 metres in thunderstorm areas.
Small boats in the upper Andaman Sea are advised to remain ashore during hazardous conditions.
