การเมืองไทยเข้าสู่ช่วงที่ต้องจับตาอย่างหนัก หลัง นายไพศาล พืชมงคล นักกฎหมายและอดีตกรรมการผู้ช่วยรองนายกรัฐมนตรี ออกมาประเมินสถานการณ์การเมืองผ่านรายการโทรทัศน์ โดยชี้ให้เห็นว่าเดือนสิงหาคมอาจเป็นอีกหนึ่งช่วงหัวเลี้ยวหัวต่อสำคัญ เมื่อหลายปัจจัยทั้ง คดีการเมือง กระบวนการตรวจสอบพรรค และเสถียรภาพรัฐบาล กำลังเคลื่อนตัวพร้อมกัน

จับตา “คนการเมือง–ยุบพรรค”

ประเด็นร้อนจากการแสดงความเห็นของนายไพศาล อยู่ที่การประเมินความเสี่ยงทางกฎหมายของบุคคลในแวดวงการเมือง รวมถึงกระบวนการที่อาจนำไปสู่ปัญหาของพรรคการเมือง

หากสถานการณ์ทางกฎหมายหลายเรื่องเกิดขึ้นในช่วงเวลาใกล้เคียงกัน ย่อมสามารถส่งแรงกระเพื่อมต่อสมการอำนาจในสภาและเสถียรภาพของรัฐบาลได้

อย่างไรก็ตาม ประเด็นเรื่อง “คนติดคุก–ยุบพรรค” เป็นการประเมินสถานการณ์ทางการเมืองของนายไพศาล ไม่ใช่คำพิพากษา คำวินิจฉัย หรือข้อยุติจากศาลและองค์กรอิสระที่เกี่ยวข้อง

รัฐบาลอนุทินเจอสมการการเมืองหลายด้าน

อีกประเด็นที่ถูกจับตาคือสถานการณ์ของรัฐบาลภายใต้การนำของ นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล และคำถามว่ารัฐบาลจะสามารถเดินหน้าต่อไปได้อย่างราบรื่นเพียงใด ท่ามกลางปัจจัยทางการเมืองและกฎหมายที่เกิดขึ้นพร้อมกัน

รัฐบาลอนุทินเกิดขึ้นท่ามกลางการเปลี่ยนแปลงของขั้วการเมืองหลายระลอก โดยก่อนหน้านี้พรรคภูมิใจไทยเคยถอนตัวจากรัฐบาลแพทองธาร ก่อนที่นายอนุทินจะได้รับเสียงสนับสนุนในสภาให้ก้าวขึ้นดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี

หนึ่งในกำลังสนับสนุนทางการเมืองในช่วงจัดตั้งรัฐบาล คือกลุ่มการเมืองของ ร.อ.ธรรมนัส พรหมเผ่า ซึ่งกลายเป็นอีกตัวแปรสำคัญของสมการเสียงในสภา

รัฐบาลชุดปัจจุบันจึงไม่ได้เผชิญเพียงโจทย์ด้านเศรษฐกิจและการบริหารประเทศ แต่ยังต้องรักษาสมดุลทางการเมืองภายในสภาท่ามกลางความเคลื่อนไหวของคดีและกระบวนการตรวจสอบต่าง ๆ

“ไพศาล” เคยส่งสัญญาณเรื่องยุบพรรคมาแล้ว

การออกมาจับสัญญาณทางการเมืองครั้งนี้ไม่ใช่ครั้งแรก

ย้อนกลับไปเมื่อเดือน พฤศจิกายน 2564 นายไพศาลเคยแสดงความคิดเห็นภายหลังคำวินิจฉัยของศาลรัฐธรรมนูญในคดีเกี่ยวกับการล้มล้างการปกครอง โดยประเมินถึงความเป็นไปได้ที่ผลทางกฎหมายอาจเชื่อมโยงไปสู่กระบวนการเกี่ยวกับพรรคการเมืองและสิทธิทางการเมืองของบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ก่อนหน้านั้นในปี 2562 นายไพศาลยังเคยประเมินทิศทางคดียุบพรรคอนาคตใหม่ พร้อมเชื่อมโยงผลทางกฎหมายกับสมการการเมืองในสภาและสถานการณ์อภิปรายไม่ไว้วางใจในช่วงเวลานั้น

สะท้อนให้เห็นว่า นายไพศาลมักนำความเคลื่อนไหวของคดีและกระบวนการตามรัฐธรรมนูญมาใช้ประกอบการประเมินทิศทางการเมือง

สิงหาคมจับตาหลายแนวรบ

เมื่อ คดีการเมือง–กระบวนการตรวจสอบพรรค–สมการเสียงในสภา–เสถียรภาพรัฐบาล กำลังเคลื่อนไหวในช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน เดือนสิงหาคมจึงกลายเป็นช่วงสำคัญที่ทุกฝ่ายต้องจับตา

สิ่งที่ต้องแยกให้ชัดคือ การประเมินของนายไพศาลเป็น ความเห็นและการคาดการณ์ทางการเมือง เท่านั้น

ใครจะถูกดำเนินคดี พรรคการเมืองใดจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการยุบหรือไม่ และรัฐบาลจะได้รับผลกระทบมากน้อยเพียงใด ต้องเป็นไปตามพยานหลักฐาน กระบวนการตามกฎหมาย และคำวินิจฉัยของหน่วยงานผู้มีอำนาจ

แต่เมื่อหลายปัจจัยกำลังมาบรรจบกันในเดือนเดียว การเมืองเดือนสิงหาคม 2569 จึงเข้าสู่ช่วงร้อนแรงที่ทุกความเคลื่อนไหวอาจกระทบสมการอำนาจได้ทันที

ปัจจัยเสี่ยงที่สำคัญที่จะทำให้รัฐบาลนี้ล้มลงเกิดจากเงินของท่าอากาศยานจำนวน 1.8 แสนล้านบาทที่ปรากฏว่าปปช.ได้ทำหนังสือเตือนไปยังรัฐมนตรีอย่างเป็นทางการ

เหมือนกรณีจำนำข้าว ที่ ปปช.เคยเตือนรัฐบาลยิ่งลักษณ์ชินวัตรและกรณีแจกเงิน 10,000 ที่ปปช.แจ้งเตือนและสุดท้ายโดนแจ้งเข้าหา

ซึ่งคดี ท่าอากาศยานจำนวน 1.8 แสนล้านบาท ปรากฏว่าทางปชช.ได้ตั้งคณะกรรมการไต่สวนในทันทีโดยมีคณะของ

พลเรือเอกพระจุณ ตามประทีป อดีตประธานสำนักงานประธานองคมนตรี พลเอกเปรม ติณสูลานนท์ ไปยื่นเอกสารอย่างเป็นทางการต่อ ปปช.

โดย ปปช.ได้ตั้งคณะไต่สวนคาดว่าจะชี้มูลความผิดภายในเดือนสิงหาคมนี้

ถ้าพบการกระทำผิดชัดเจนคณะรัฐตรีทั้งคณะจะต้องโดนแจ้งข้อกล่าวหาและอาจต้องหยุดปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในทันที

Thailand’s political landscape has entered another critical period as Paisal Puechmongkol, a legal expert and former adviser to a deputy prime minister, offered his assessment of the political situation during a television program.

Paisal said August could become a major turning point in Thai politics, with several developments — including political cases, investigations involving political parties, and the stability of the government — unfolding simultaneously.

Political Figures and Party Dissolution Under Scrutiny

One of the most closely watched points in Paisal’s remarks concerns the legal risks facing political figures, as well as proceedings that could potentially create serious problems for political parties.

If several legal cases reach critical stages at around the same time, the consequences could significantly affect the balance of power in Parliament and the stability of the government.

However, claims concerning politicians potentially facing imprisonment or political parties being dissolved remain Paisal’s political assessment. They are not court judgments, official rulings, or final decisions by the relevant independent agencies.

Anutin Government Faces Multiple Political Pressures

Another key issue is the situation facing the government led by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, and whether the administration can continue operating smoothly amid simultaneous political and legal pressures.

The Anutin government emerged after several shifts in Thailand’s political alliances. The Bhumjaithai Party had previously withdrawn from the government led by Paetongtarn Shinawatra before Anutin later secured parliamentary support to become prime minister.

One of the important political forces supporting the formation of the government was the group associated with Capt. Thammanat Prompow, which became another key factor in the parliamentary balance.

The current government therefore faces not only economic and administrative challenges, but also the task of maintaining political stability in Parliament while multiple legal cases and investigations continue to develop.

Paisal Has Previously Raised Party-Dissolution Scenarios

This is not the first time Paisal has publicly highlighted possible political consequences arising from legal proceedings.

In November 2021, following a Constitutional Court ruling in a case concerning actions alleged to undermine the constitutional system, Paisal discussed the possibility that the legal consequences could extend to proceedings involving political parties and the political rights of individuals concerned.

Earlier, in 2019, he also assessed developments surrounding the dissolution case against the Future Forward Party, linking possible legal outcomes to the balance of power in Parliament and the political situation surrounding a no-confidence debate at the time.

His past comments show that Paisal has frequently used developments in constitutional and legal proceedings as part of his assessments of Thailand’s political direction.

August Becomes a Month to Watch on Multiple Fronts

With political cases, party investigations, parliamentary arithmetic, and government stability all moving simultaneously, August has become a crucial month for Thai politics.

What must be clearly distinguished, however, is that Paisal’s statements constitute political opinion and forecasts.

Who may ultimately face legal action, whether any political party will face dissolution proceedings, and how severely the government could be affected will depend on evidence, due process, and rulings by the competent authorities.

Nevertheless, with several major political factors converging in the same month, Thai politics in August 2026 has entered an increasingly intense period in which any major development could immediately alter the balance of power.

฿180 Billion Airport Case Emerges as Major Risk

Paisal identified one particularly significant risk that he believes could threaten the government: a matter involving approximately ฿180 billion related to airports, in which the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) was said to have formally issued a warning to ministers.

The situation was compared with the rice-pledging scheme under the Yingluck Shinawatra government, in which the NACC had previously issued warnings, as well as the ฿10,000 digital-money distribution policy, which also drew warnings from the anti-corruption agency before subsequent proceedings.

Regarding the approximately ฿180 billion airport matter, it was stated that the NACC had immediately established an inquiry panel after documents were formally submitted to the commission by a group led by Admiral Phajun Tamprateep, who previously served in the office of Privy Council President General Prem Tinsulanonda.

According to Paisal’s assessment, the inquiry could potentially reach a finding within August.

He further argued that if clear wrongdoing were established, members of the Cabinet could face allegations and potentially be required to suspend their duties.

These claims regarding possible charges, suspension from duty, and the expected timing of an NACC decision remain assessments and should not be regarded as an official finding or final ruling by the NACC unless formally announced by the competent authority.
