On Friday, August 7, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m., a shocking and violent incident occurred inside Debsirin Nonthaburi School, located in Plai Bang Subdistrict, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province.
According to the reported incident briefing, a 14-year-old male student, identified in the report as Patchat Yimruang, a Grade 9 student in Class 3/8, reportedly arrived at the school at approximately 6:24 a.m. before the alleged shooting took place.
According to the report, the alleged motive was rooted in a personal conflict involving a romantic relationship. After a female student reportedly felt threatened and unsafe, she sought assistance from her homeroom teacher. The teacher subsequently called the male student in for questioning, reprimanded him, and instructed him not to cause further disturbance.
