PHUKET, Thailand — August 28, 2026 — Phuket Old Town is using projection mapping to bring its Baba–Peranakan heritage to life through the event “Feel All the Feelings @ Phuket: Illuminating Peranakan.”
The programme runs from August 23 to 29 at the Chartered Bank Intersection, combining light, sound and storytelling with Phuket’s historic architecture.
For international visitors, the event offers another side of Phuket beyond beaches — one rooted in the island’s multicultural history, architecture and Peranakan identity.
The programme continues through August 29.
