เมื่อวันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2569 กระแสข้อมูลบนโซเชียลมีเดียถูกเผยแพร่และแชร์ต่ออย่างกว้างขวาง กรณีชาวกัมพูชาที่เดินทางเข้าเวียดนามเพื่อรับการรักษาพยาบาล หลังมีความเข้าใจว่าเวียดนามอาจเป็นทางเลือกด้านการแพทย์ที่มีค่าใช้จ่ายต่ำ หรือมีโครงการช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยต่างชาติ
แต่ข้อเท็จจริงที่ปรากฏจากระบบโรงพยาบาลกลับชัดเจนว่า การรักษาพยาบาลในเวียดนามไม่ได้หมายความว่า “ฟรี”
โดยเฉพาะโรงพยาบาลเอกชนระดับนานาชาติ ผู้ป่วยที่ต้องนอนโรงพยาบาลหรือเข้ารับการผ่าตัดจำเป็นต้องผ่านขั้นตอนด้านการเงินก่อนเข้ารับบริการ
‼️ FV Hospital ระบุชัด — แอดมิทต้องมีเงินมัดจำ!
ข้อมูลอย่างเป็นทางการของ FV Hospital ในนครโฮจิมินห์ ระบุว่า ก่อนเข้ารับการรักษา ผู้ป่วยจะได้รับแจ้งจำนวนเงินมัดจำ และสำหรับผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัด มีการระบุเงินมัดจำก่อนแอดมิทไว้ด้วย
ผู้ป่วยสามารถชำระด้วยเงินสด บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต หรือการโอนเงิน และในกรณีที่ค่าใช้จ่ายระหว่างรักษาสูงกว่าเงินมัดจำเดิม โรงพยาบาลสามารถเรียกให้เติมเงินมัดจำเพิ่มเติมได้ตามประมาณการค่าใช้จ่าย
‼️ ไม่ใช่แค่ “จ่ายทีหลัง” แล้วเดินเข้าไปนอนโรงพยาบาลได้ทุกกรณี!
FV Hospital อธิบายเองว่า เงินมัดจำมีไว้เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีเงินเพียงพอสำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายโดยประมาณของการรักษา และในกรณีที่ไม่มีประกันหรือประกันยังไม่ได้ออกหนังสือรับรองการชำระเงิน โรงพยาบาลสามารถเรียกเงินมัดจำได้เช่นกัน
💥 เคสหนัก บิลก็หนัก!
ในโซเชียลมีเดียมีการกล่าวอ้างถึงเคสผ่าตัดสมองในนครโฮจิมินห์ ซึ่งถูกระบุว่ามีค่าใช้จ่ายมากกว่า 9,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ หรือประมาณ 3.1 แสนบาท
อีกกรณีหนึ่งถูกกล่าวอ้างว่าค่าใช้จ่ายจากอุบัติเหตุสูงถึง 30,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ
อย่างไรก็ตาม ตัวเลขทั้งสองจำนวนนี้ ยังไม่พบเอกสารจากโรงพยาบาลที่ยืนยันโดยตรง จึงควรถือเป็นตัวเลขที่มีการเผยแพร่หรือกล่าวอ้างบนโลกออนไลน์ ไม่ใช่ราคามาตรฐานของโรงพยาบาลเวียดนามทั้งหมด
แต่สิ่งที่ยืนยันได้ชัดคือ ระบบเงินมัดจำก่อนรักษามีอยู่จริง
‼️ แล้ว “รักษาฟรี” มาจากไหน?
ตรงนี้ต้องแยกให้ออก!
เวียดนามมีโครงการด้านมนุษยธรรมและความร่วมมือทางการแพทย์ในกัมพูชาจริง
ล่าสุดเมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2569 สถานทูตเวียดนามประจำกัมพูชา ร่วมกับโรงพยาบาล Cho Ray–Phnom Penh Hospital และสมาคมเขมร–เวียดนาม จัดโครงการตรวจสุขภาพ ให้คำปรึกษา แจกยา และมอบสิ่งของช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่มีฐานะยากจนในจังหวัดเปรยแวง
‼️ แต่โครงการลักษณะนี้คือการช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรม ไม่ใช่สิทธิรักษาฟรีสำหรับชาวกัมพูชาทุกคนที่เดินทางเข้าเวียดนาม
นี่คือจุดที่ต้องแยกให้ออกระหว่าง
“โครงการการกุศล”
กับ
“การเข้ารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลเชิงพาณิชย์”
เพราะคนละระบบกันโดยสิ้นเชิง
💥 จาก “ไปเวียดนามรักษาถูก” สู่ “ต้องเตรียมเงินให้พร้อม!”
FV Hospital เองระบุว่าโรงพยาบาลมีการอุดหนุนค่าบริการบางส่วนสำหรับผู้ไม่มีประกัน โดยเคยประกาศส่วนลด 20% สำหรับผู้ไม่มีประกัน และมีโครงการผ่อนชำระสำหรับผู้ป่วยบางกลุ่มด้วย
ดังนั้นภาพจริงไม่ได้มีเพียงด้านเดียว
เวียดนามมีทั้ง การแพทย์คุณภาพสูง โรงพยาบาลเอกชนระดับนานาชาติ โครงการช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้ และระบบคิดค่ารักษาพยาบาลตามจริง
แต่สำหรับผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการรักษาแบบเสียเงิน โดยเฉพาะการผ่าตัดหรือการนอนโรงพยาบาล สิ่งที่ต้องเตรียมไม่ใช่แค่พาสปอร์ต
‼️ ต้องมีเงินหรือหลักประกันค่ารักษาด้วย!
และหากค่าใช้จ่ายสูงเกินเงินมัดจำเดิม ก็สามารถถูกเรียกให้เติมเงินระหว่างการรักษาได้ตามนโยบายของโรงพยาบาล

On August 7, 2026, social media users circulated claims that Cambodian patients were increasingly traveling to Vietnam for medical treatment, reportedly believing that healthcare would either be free or significantly cheaper than elsewhere.
But the actual hospital system tells a different story.
Medical treatment in Vietnam is not automatically free for foreign patients.
At international private hospitals, patients requiring admission or surgery may be required to make a deposit before treatment begins.
‼️ FV Hospital makes the payment requirement clear
According to the official payment policy of FV Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, patients may be required to pay a deposit before receiving certain services.
For admitted patients, the hospital informs them of the required deposit during the pre-admission process. If actual expenses exceed the initial deposit during hospitalization, the patient may be required to make an additional payment.
FV Hospital also explains that deposits are intended to ensure sufficient funds are available to cover estimated hospitalization costs. A deposit may also be required when an insurance company has not yet issued a guarantee of payment.
‼️ In other words: walking through the hospital doors does not mean the bill disappears.
💥 Major cases can mean major expenses
Social media posts have circulated claims involving a brain-surgery case in Ho Chi Minh City allegedly costing more than US$9,000, or approximately 310,000 baht, while another accident case was reportedly said to have reached US$30,000.
However, these two figures have not been independently confirmed by hospital documents found in the available sources. They should therefore be treated as social-media claims rather than official standard prices.
What can be independently confirmed is that hospital deposits are an actual part of the payment system.
‼️ Where does the “free treatment” perception come from?
Vietnam does conduct genuine humanitarian medical programs in Cambodia.
On March 28, 2026, the Vietnamese Embassy inท Cambodia, together with Cho Ray–Phnom Penh Hospital and the Khmer-Vietnamese Association, organized free medical examinations, consultations, medication distribution and charitable assistance for disadvantaged people in Prey Veng province.
But these are humanitarian and charitable programs, not evidence that Cambodian citizens generally have unlimited free access to Vietnamese hospitals.
That distinction matters.
Humanitarian medical missions are one thing.
Commercial hospital treatment is another.
💥 The bottom line
Vietnam has international hospitals, advanced medical services and humanitarian programs. Some hospitals also offer financial assistance and discounts for certain uninsured patients. FV Hospital, for example, has announced a 20% subsidy on listed hospital fees for uninsured patients and introduced installment-payment options.
But for major medical treatment, surgery or hospitalization, patients must be prepared to meet financial requirements.
‼️ Vietnam may offer humanitarian medical care in specific programs — but that does not mean foreign patients can simply arrive at a hospital and receive major treatment for free.

2026年8月7日，社交媒体上出现大量相关信息，称部分柬埔寨民众前往越南接受医疗服务，并认为越南的医疗费用较低，甚至可以获得免费治疗。
但实际情况并不是这样。
外国患者在越南接受医疗，并不意味着可以免费治疗。
尤其是在国际私立医院接受住院治疗或手术时，患者可能需要在入院前缴纳押金。
‼️ FV Hospital明确规定：住院需要支付押金
位于胡志明市的 FV Hospital 官方资料显示，部分医疗服务需要患者提前支付押金。
对于需要住院的患者，医院会在入院前告知押金金额。如果住院期间实际医疗费用超过原先缴纳的押金，医院还可能要求患者追加押金。
FV Hospital同时解释，押金的主要目的，是确保患者拥有足够资金支付预计的住院费用。如果保险公司尚未提供付款担保，患者同样可能需要缴纳押金。
‼️ 也就是说，进入医院并不等于医疗费用可以“先不管”。
💥 重症治疗，费用同样可能非常高
近日社交媒体流传的资料称，胡志明市曾有脑部手术病例费用超过9,000美元，约合31万泰铢；另一起事故病例则被称医疗费用高达30,000美元。
不过，截至目前，尚未找到医院官方文件直接证实上述两个具体数字。
因此，这两个金额应该被视为社交媒体流传的说法，而不是越南医院统一的官方收费标准。
但可以确认的是：
越南医院确实存在入院押金制度。
‼️ 那么，“免费医疗”的说法从哪里来？
越南确实在柬埔寨开展过医疗人道主义项目。
2026年3月28日，越南驻柬埔寨大使馆联合 Cho Ray–Phnom Penh Hospital 以及柬越协会，在柬埔寨波萝勉省为当地困难民众提供免费体检、医疗咨询、药品以及慈善物资。
但是必须强调：
这种活动属于人道主义医疗援助，并不等于所有柬埔寨人都可以前往越南医院免费接受治疗。
必须区分：
“慈善医疗项目”
和
“商业医院医疗服务”。
两者完全不是同一个概念。
💥 现实已经摆在眼前
越南拥有国际化医院、先进医疗技术，同时也开展针对贫困人群的医疗援助项目。

但对于大型手术、严重事故以及长期住院治疗来说，患者仍然必须面对实际的医疗费用。
‼️ 所以，“去越南就能免费治病”的说法并不成立。
越南确实存在免费医疗援助项目，但那是特定的人道主义活动。
而进入国际私立医院接受重大治疗，押金、保险以及支付能力都是现实问题。
