จากข้อมูลของ สน.สามเสน เหตุการณ์เกิดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 21 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลาประมาณ 16.30 น. ภายในโรงเรียน โดยเป็นเหตุทะเลาะวิวาทระหว่างนักเรียนโรงเรียนเดียวกัน หลังทั้งสองฝ่ายมีความขัดแย้งกันมาก่อน
ต่อมาในวันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 14.17 น. ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนชายอายุ 14 ปี ชั้น ม.3 ซึ่งเป็นผู้เสียหาย เดินทางเข้าแจ้งความต่อพนักงานสอบสวน สน.สามเสน เพื่อขอให้ดำเนินคดีกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
จากนั้นตำรวจจึงเข้าสู่กระบวนการรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานและสอบสวนข้อเท็จจริง ก่อนเดินหน้าดำเนินการตามกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับผู้กระทำผิดที่เป็นเยาวชน
