โรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาลัยออกประกาศฉบับที่ 17/2569 ระบุว่า กรณีดังกล่าวเกี่ยวข้องกับ Mr. Pieter Johannes Dreyer อดีตครูอัตราจ้างสอนภาษาอังกฤษในโครงการ English Program
ก่อนหน้านี้ โรงเรียนได้แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริง รวบรวมพยานหลักฐาน ตรวจสอบเอกสารและข้อมูล รวมถึงรับฟังคำชี้แจงจากผู้เกี่ยวข้องทั้งฝ่ายบุคลากรและตัวแทนนักเรียน
ผลการตรวจสอบของโรงเรียนระบุว่า พบการกระทำที่โรงเรียนเห็นว่าเป็นการฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขในสัญญาจ้าง จึงมีคำสั่งเลิกจ้างตามคำสั่งโรงเรียนหาดใหญ่วิทยาลัยที่ 593/2569 ลงวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2569 โดยให้มีผลตั้งแต่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2569

โรงเรียนระบุว่า เนื้อหาดังกล่าวมีลักษณะที่ อาจก่อให้เกิดการยั่วยุ ปลุกปั่น ข่มขู่ หรือคุกคาม ต่อคณะผู้บริหาร บุคลากร และนักเรียน
สถานการณ์ดังกล่าวทำให้เกิดความวิตกกังวลในหมู่ผู้บริหาร ครู นักเรียน และผู้ปกครอง โรงเรียนจึงเร่งตรวจสอบ รวบรวม และรักษาพยานหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมพิจารณาดำเนินการตามกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Hat Yaiwittayalai School in Songkhla has announced that classes will be conducted online on August 10–11, 2026, following a dispute involving a former foreign teacher and concerns over the safety of school administrators, teachers, students and parents.
According to School Announcement No. 17/2026, the case involves Mr. Pieter Johannes Dreyer, a former contract English teacher in the school’s English Program.
The school said it previously established a fact-finding committee to collect evidence, examine documents and relevant information, and hear explanations from all parties involved, including representatives of students and school personnel.
The school stated that its investigation found conduct that it considered to be in violation of, or inconsistent with, the terms and conditions of the employment contract. The school subsequently terminated the contract under Order No. 593/2026 dated July 23, 2026, with the termination taking effect on July 24, 2026.
🔥 Tensions Escalated After the Termination
Following the termination, the school said it discovered the distribution of images depicting firearms, text messages and audio clips through computer systems and social media, including a public Line group.
The school said some of the material appeared capable of causing provocation, incitement, threats or harassment toward school administrators, staff and students.
The situation reportedly caused concern among school personnel, students and parents. The school therefore said it was collecting and preserving relevant evidence and considering further action under applicable laws and regulations.
⚠️ School Raises Security Measures
The decision to switch classes online on August 10–11 is intended to protect students, teachers, staff, administrators and parents while maintaining safety and order within the school.
Any allegations involving threats or criminal conduct remain subject to investigation and legal proceedings. The allegations should not be treated as a final determination of guilt unless and until established through the applicable legal process.
